Important information about online orders

All Nair products available in our online store are made upon individual order within 10–15 working days.
Each product is created especially for you, paying attention to detail, quality, and your chosen preferences.
Before placing an order
We invite you to visit our Nair store in the Spice shopping center“, where you can view and try on our products, as well as purchase them on site.
If you choose to place an order in the online store, please note that the specific product may not be available in stock at the time of placing the order. The craftsman will begin making it only after placing an order.
As part of the order, if possible for the specific model, we can agree on:
- length of the product;
- model;
- color;
- other individual preferences.
Each product is created just for you.
Important about individual orders
According to the Consumer Rights Protection Law, products made to individual order or adapted to the requirements of a specific consumer, are not accepted back and are not exchanged, except in cases where a defect specified in regulatory enactments has been detected in the product.
We ask you to treat the work of our masters with understanding and respect. If you are not sure about your choice, we invite you to visit our store TC “Spice Style” before placing an order – we will be happy to help you choose the most suitable model, size and color.

If the order does not specify a different color, size or other individual requirements, the product will be made according to the description provided in the online store and the model shown in the picture.
Delivery
Delivery of orders is ensured by OMNIVA or VENIPAK via parcel machines/delivery points, as well as by courier.
Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and carrier.
All shipments are assigned a tracking number.
Once your order has been manufactured and shipped, you will receive tracking information in your email.

Terms of return and right of withdrawal
Please carefully read the information below before placing an order.
1. Products from the “AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY” section”
The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to goods that are listed in the online store under the "AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY" section and that are not made to order or customized to the buyer's requirements.
Such a product can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the procedures set out in regulatory enactments.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email. nair@nair.lv or on our Facebook / Instagram profile. After contacting you, a cancellation form will be sent.
The returned item must be:
- unused and unworn;
- preserved in original packaging;
- with the code of the relevant product;
- with the manufacturer's original tags and labels attached, if any;
- together with the order confirmation and a completed cancellation form.

2. Products that are made to order
All Nair products made to order in the e-store are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
This also applies to goods that are changed or adapted during production at the buyer's request:
- size;
- length;
- model;
- color;
- design;
- or other product features.
Such goods are made individually for the specific buyer, based on his choices and instructions.
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's instructions or are clearly personalized. (Consumer Rights Protection Center)
Important: if the product is not listed in the online store as “AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY”, then it is made to order and it cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where a defect specified in regulatory enactments has been detected in the product.
3. Before placing an order
If you are not sure about the model, size or color you have chosen, we invite you to visit our store before placing an order. at the shopping center "Spice Style"“.
In the store, you can view and try on our products, as well as receive assistance from our employees in choosing the most suitable product.

4. Discount items
Discounted and sale items are not accepted for return.
A discounted item can be exchanged for another item or a gift card in the value of the respective item by contacting us in advance.
5. Defective goods
These terms do not limit the consumer's rights under the law regarding non-conformity of the product with the terms of the contract or identified defects in the product.
If the product you received is defective or does not match your order, please contact us immediately to discuss further action.
Please review your order carefully before confirming it. When ordering a product that is not listed in the section “AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY”, You confirm that you understand that the product is made individually to your order and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases provided for by law.
Based on the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 “Regulations on Distance Contracts” adopted on 20 May 2014, paragraph 22 determines the cases when the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal, and therefore the product cannot be returned. In accordance with subparagraph 22.3 of the Regulation, one of such cases when the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal is if the product is manufactured according to the consumer’s instructions or the product is clearly personalized. Therefore, taking into account the above-mentioned specifics regarding the clothes sold in the NAIR store, consumers do not have the right of withdrawal when making a purchase on the NAIR website, because in these cases the clothes and other clothes are clearly personalized.
8. Your claims regarding the quality of the purchased goods will be resolved in accordance with the requirements of Cabinet Regulation No. 631. “Procedure for filing and reviewing a consumer claim regarding a good or service that does not comply with the terms of the contract”.
9. Section 12, Part 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal”; it is mandatory to preserve the original packaging of the product so that when exercising the right of withdrawal, the product is not externally mechanically damaged.
10. All disputes between the buyer and the seller are resolved through negotiations or in accordance with the procedure provided for by the Legislation and Regulatory Acts of the Republic of Latvia.
11. According to Article 15.3 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia Regulation No. 207, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods that are manufactured according to the consumer's instructions or are irreplaceable items, or goods cannot be returned due to their nature, or they are perishable or quickly expendable.
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following items: all types of swimwear, underwear, tights, socks, bed linen, home textiles, jewelry and accessories, perfumes and cosmetics. We do not accept returns of these items for hygienic reasons.
