Delivery within Latvia: 2–3 business days. Delivery within Europe: 7–10 business days.

Important information about orders in the online store!

All of our products available in the online store are made to order.

The estimated production time for products in APRIL is 10 business days. For orders placed during a sale, the production time may be extended to 2.5 weeks.

You can view and try on all items before placing an order at our Nair store in the “Spice” shopping center, and you can also purchase them right there on the spot.

If you choose to place an order through our online store, please note that the specific item is currently out of stock—the artisan will begin crafting it only after your order has been placed. When placing your order, you can specify the length, style, and color of the item. Each of these items is created just for you.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please respect our work. If you are unsure about your choice, we encourage you not to place an order online, but to visit our store—we look forward to seeing you!

If you would like to see the color palette, please contact us on Instagram or Facebook. Unless a different color, size, or other specific requirements are specified in your order, the item will be made exactly as shown in the description and photo.

Deliveries are made via OMNIVA/VENIPAK pickup points or by courier. Prices depend on the carrier you choose.

All shipments are tracked. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a notification via email!

Return Policy

1. You may return an item that was available for immediate delivery (from the “IN STOCK” section) within 14 days of receiving the item. To return an item, please contact us via email at happy@sunday.lv, or through our Facebook or Instagram profile, and we will send you a “return form.” When returning an item, it must be:

      – unused / unworn,

      – in the original packaging, bearing the relevant product code and with the manufacturer’s original tags and labels attached, if any,

      – along with a printed copy of the order confirmation and the “cancellation form” that was sent to you by email.

    – Return address: Ādaži Omniva parcel locker “Apelsīns” and phone number 25511524.

2. A refund for the returned item will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item to the account used for the purchase.

3. If the item does not meet the above criteria, the store reserves the right to refuse the return and not refund the payment, or to withhold up to 50% of the item’s value.

4. If an item is returned after the 14-day period has expired, the store reserves the right to refuse to accept the returned item and not to issue a refund, unless there is another verifiable agreement between the buyer and the seller.

5. You can return the item via an OMNIVA Pickup point by prior arrangement.

6. All costs associated with returning the item are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event of a return, the buyer is responsible for a shipping fee of 5.00 euros, except in cases where the return is due to a discrepancy with the order or a defect 

7. Since we also fulfill custom orders, the product is personalized and made specifically for each customer; therefore, in accordance with Latvian law, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

8. Items purchased on sale cannot be returned, but they can be exchanged for another item or a gift card for the value of the item.

Pursuant to Cabinet Regulation No. 255, “Regulations on Distance Contracts,” adopted on May 20, 2014, Section 22 specifies the circumstances under which a consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal, and therefore the goods cannot be returned. Pursuant to Paragraph 22.3 of the Regulations, one such instance where the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal is when the goods are manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or the goods are clearly personalized. Consequently, given the aforementioned specific nature of the leather goods sold by the NAIR store, consumers do not have a right of withdrawal when making a purchase on the NAIR website, as in these cases the leather goods and other clothing are clearly personalized.

8. Your complaints regarding the quality of the purchased goods will be addressed in accordance with the requirements of Cabinet Regulation No. 631, “Procedures for Filing and Reviewing Consumer Claims Regarding Goods or Services That Do Not Comply with Contractual Terms.”

9. Section 12(6) of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period in which the right of withdrawal may be exercised”; It is mandatory to retain the original packaging of the goods so that, when exercising the right of withdrawal, the goods are not mechanically damaged externally.

10. Any disputes between the buyer and the seller shall be resolved through negotiation or in accordance with the procedures set forth in the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.

11. In accordance with Paragraph 15.3 of Regulation No. 207 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications, or for goods that are irreplaceable, or for goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned, or for goods that spoil quickly or are intended for immediate use.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following items: all types of swimwear, underwear, tights, socks, bedding, home textiles, jewelry and accessories, perfumes, and cosmetics. We do not accept returns of these items for hygiene reasons.
